A Mother’s Love Is Like No Other

This special bond between mother and child is truly a God given gift.

Spring is in the air or should I say “Off-spring”! I love spring time and with the blooming flowers right around is a prelude to Mother’s Day! Of course, motherhood is a gift itself. The closeness and love, I feel with my daughter is something I have never experienced before. It is an instinctual bond that is unexplainable. One of my ultimate favorite things about being a mom, and there are many, is the hand made crafts my daughter has made for me over the years! I treasure them all, like the small turkey feathered footprint made in daycare when she was three months old to the angel she made herself out of a an ornament. I get sentimental when I think of how fast she is growing and how little that footprint was. So, it wasn’t surprised when, I found myself weeping as I watched this Pandora advertisement. Call it hormonal and motherly-instinct responses, whatever the case may be; I was truly moved by this video. It made me want to hug my child right at that moment also curious about putting her through this same love testament.
This video was effective in many ways. The camera angels, music and perspective gave it a very personal feeling. I felt that I was in the room with these women and children they gravitated to each other. I felt the emotions they felt when recognition was achieved. It was a truly beautifully directed testament to this amazing gift.
